The owners of the media assumed we were stupid, they underestimated the power of collective consciousness and without knowing it, have made us repudiate them. We learned to disgust them for their empty promises and wars presented as acts of peace. They presented us peacekeepers dressed up as soldiers and soon we understood. They talked to us about atomic energy and never disarmed, it didn’t takes us long to react. The same happened with those wars on terrorism, soon we understood they were taking away our rights, airports became intolerable, people kept disappearing, our democratic governments were torturing and all this without fair trials.

He was team manager, competed in the Special Olympics and always on stage for the school's talent show. He was in special ed life skills classes, but that's not what he was known for it's his big smile and winning attitude."He'd pump us up during a game and when we lost he's not upset just an unbelievable kid," said Travis Mattair.Mattair lettered in three sports, graduated last year and is now playing minor league baseball in the minor league system. By all accounts Mattair is the star athlete, but to Travis,Jo Jo's the real star."People always say with special Olympics that we were doing stuff for us. That's never the case. Hillary Rodham Clinton's visit to Robstown Wednesday illustrated what many people find troubling about her campaign. Some Clinton critics, even Democrats, have feared she would carry on "politics as usual" in Washington, D.C., describing her as such a consummate politician that she has little credibility when talking about bringing change to our government. Wednesday's rally felt like old South Texas politics, complete with homage to some politicians who haven't held office for years and vintage music. While her opponent, Sen. Barack Obama, is immortalized in "YouTube" videos created by current musicians such as Will.i.am (yes, that's his name) of the Black Eyed Peas, Robstown's Clinton audience took a trip down memory lane with a variation of the 1960s "Twist" and Dolly Parton's "9 to 5" from 1980.

Among my goals as a minister, businessman and community leader is to make our beloved nation better! As a young African-American man, I can relate to Michelle Obama's statement. As a registered member of the GOP, there is an aweful lot we as a party can learn from this spirit of optimism that is engendering the support of young Americans. .

If I had a chariot I'd tie his lifeless corpse to the back and drag him through the streets of Houston - slowly enough to let every one of his former employees spit on him - before towing his worthless carcass to the middle of what was Enron Field where he'd fry on a pyre of worthless stock certificates. And that would be too good for him. I wanted him to rot in prison for thirty years. I wanted him to live a life far worse than the life he forced on thousands of his employees; decent hardworking folks whom he stuck with shares of a company that was as hollow as he was immoral, shares that he forced them to keep even as he dumped his and made millions.

Two companies in Laramie have recently announced layoffs or closures, but the timing in Wyoming is right for those employees to find other employment. Shelli Stewart, public information officer for Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, said that in Albany County and across the state, there are more jobs than labor force available. She said the trend of more jobs than began around. Stewart said that Albany County also follows the statewide trend where the most job openings are in construction, minerals and sales and service. She said there are not as many professional openings, but she added, however, that there are many openings for engineers both in construction and in the minerals industry. According to the August statistics from the Wyoming Department of Employment, Albany County had an unemployment rate of 2.4 percent, down from 3 percent in July and down from 2.7 percent in August 2006.

I'm from the countryside, and was really into outdoors things like fishing, so our presents were always things like skateboards and bikes. I think I probably spoil my kids but if you can, you do. General sees ties between signal, intelligence schoolhouses
